SEEF Scholarship Guidelines

Students' applications are screened by the Foundation's Selection Committee. Semifinalists are then asked to meet with the Directors of the Foundation and awards are made. There are no limitations regarding course of study. Scholars may attend any accredited university of his or her choice. There is no requirement to major in music. This is a common misunderstanding arising from the operatic background of Simon Estes.
The Foundation maintains close contact with each Scholar to ensure acceptable academic performance and to develop a unique partnership aimed at success.
