Funding
The Foundation began as an all-volunteer organization
hiring contract labor only on occasion to assist with
special projects, in order to ensure that as much money
as possible be available for scholarships. Annual concert
proceeds, donations from friends and corporations, and
foundation grants are the sources of scholarships and
operating funds. Additionally, the Foundation conducts
an annual Adopt-A-Scholar fund drive to broaden the
base of scholarship support and ensure financial growth.
